On November 19, 2024, the Grade 5-6 volleyball team participated in a GMAA Mini-Volleyball Tournament at Laurier Macdonald HS and Lester B. Pearson HS.

Mini-volleyball is a version of volleyball that is meant to teach beginners the basics of the game. 

Our team showcased their skills, determination, and camaraderie as they played through the first sets.

Beyond the competition, this year’s tournament highlighted the spirit of unity and community. Our players and coaches came together to celebrate their shared love for volleyball. Whether it was sharing laughs over post-game snacks or encouraging words exchanged between teams, the event truly embodied the joy of good sportsmanship.

We are already looking forward to continuing our training and and preparing for the annual FNEC Games.
