The Kahnawà:ke Education Center (KEC) would like to inform parents, staff and the community
that demolition work at Karonhianónhnha Tsi lonterihwaienstáhkhwa will begin on Monday, June
29, 2026, as part of the upcoming school expansion project.

This important project will support the continued growth of our students by creating enhanced
learning spaces aligned with our commitment to providing high-quality education rooted in
Kanien'kehá:ka values and excellence.

What to expect:

• Demolition activities will take place during regular working hours.
• There may be increased noise, dust, and construction related traffic on site.
• Safety measures will be in place to ensure the well-being of students, staff, and the
  community at all times.
